With the rotary hearth
on this new oven (electric motor and electronic variable speed gear), you’ll get evenly baked breads without moving the loaves, and nearly continuous baking.

Exceptional bottom :
Thanks to the different types of refractory concrete
used and the
extra-thick rotary hearth (35 cm for the 4-m² and 7-m² ovens),
this oven has an exceptional bottom that avoids heat loss without overheating the oven. You can bake three to five loaves without having to reheat the oven. The heat is evenly distributed, cooking the bread through evenly without burning the top.

High-performance hearth :
The hearth, located at the rear of the oven, is designed to receive logs up to a metre long. The high thermal inertia allows a rapid temperature rise (within 15 minutes or so).
