Wood-fire baked bread:

An oven where the flame arrives directly in the baking chamber to provide direct heat guarantees you the “wood-fire baked bread” label.

With the rotary hearth

on this new oven (electric motor and electronic variable speed gear), you’ll get evenly baked breads without moving the loaves, and nearly continuous baking.


Exceptional bottom :

Thanks to the different types of refractory concrete used and the extra-thick rotary hearth (35 cm for the 4-m² and 7-m² ovens), this oven has an exceptional bottom that avoids heat loss without overheating the oven. You can bake three to five loaves without having to reheat the oven. The heat is evenly distributed, cooking the bread through evenly without burning the top.

High-performance hearth :

The hearth, located at the rear of the oven, is designed to receive logs up to a metre long. The high thermal inertia allows a rapid temperature rise (within 15 minutes or so).

Fully equipped :

The oven has a swing door that makes it easy to slip the food inside. It is equipped with a humidifier unit with resistors, a complete switch box, and a rustic, refractory-brick veneer.
